Depending on the services you select, you will have several ways to pay. ParentCheck, Inc. accepts major credit/debit card using PayPal as their “preferred” method of payment. By doing so, we can get you scheduled with no lapse or delay in receiving your check/money order. In addition, should the need arise to reimburse funds to you, PayPal’s system will allow us to refund monies to you immediately instead of waiting days and sometimes weeks.
Using PayPal, our customers receive invoices for the services to be rendered. Once the payment has been received, we will provide the outlined services. In some cases, payment is made in full; in other cases only a deposit is required and the remainder will be billed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks. Our office must receive payments, as our staff members do not accept payment. Personal, Bank and Certified Checks, and Money Orders should be made payable to ParentCheck, Inc.
A one-hour minium charge is charged for all hourly services. We will bill in 15 minute (1/4) increments after the initial hour. The one-hour clock begins when the staff leaves their initial location to conduct client business. The cost of purchases are not included in the rates. If the service being provided requires purchasing of products, food, etc., the customer must make every effort to provide enough funds for the transaction to be completed.
Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. Evening, Weekends and Holidays will be assessed a $5.00 per hour surcharge. Same day requests and services requested within 24 hours of when the service is to be provided, will be assessed a flat fee of $15.00 in addition to the regular hour rate.
